The office staff is always so friendly, and they always call me by my name. There is only a minute or two wait and my husband even got in for an emergency visit right away for a toothache. They have done a lot of work for me this year, and I have always been happy with the service, and the late day works around my work schedule. They even give you a nice coffee cup and a swag bag when you get your teeth cleaned. Did I mention there are cookies too! Very clean office, with a fireplace and keurig coffee maker in the waiting room. I say if your looking for a dentist pick this one, Dr. Marks office is the best! Dr. DeVuyst and his whole staff are great !! The entire team is efficient, friendly and really seem to be dedicated to their work. I found them particularly helpful in their willingness to accommodate my spouse, who is in a wheelchair. They went so far as to perform some work on her while seated in her wheelchair (something our old dentist wouldn’t even consider) and were able to schedule in a second appointment the very next day, for some additional, unexpected work. He may be the Implant Guru, but he saved my tooth so I didn’t need an implant. That’s a savings of thousands! Other places have a high pressure sell, not this office. Not one single surprise except the bill going down $25. Kind. Friendly, thorough, and all potential scebaruos/fees up front.
